UPDATE: Bethel Police Release Suspect Name, Details & Charges From Target Shoplifting Complaint

Here is the is the final release for the incident on Stony Hill Road after a shoplifting complaint (below).

Rocchina Pasqualone, age 60, white, from 15 Oak Ridge Road, in Bethel CT 06801 was arrested on 02/17/2017 at 01:53 PM on Stony Hill Road and charged with the following offenses: Larceny 6th, Disorderly Conduct, and Interfering with Police.

“On 02/17/2017 at 01:44 PM police were called to Target at 7 Stony Hill Road for a shoplifting complaint.  Target security was attempting to detain a female shoplifter who was fighting with security personnel.  The female left the scene in a vehicle that was located by police on Stony Hill Road.  Police stopped the vehicle and attempted to speak with the operator, Rocchina Pasqualone.  Pasqualone was uncooperative with police and would not listen to the officers who were attempting to speak with her.  She attempted to drive away from the officers who had to break the vehicle’s window to stop her.  The stolen items from Target were located in her vehicle.  She was subsequently arrested and released on a written promise to appear.   She is due in court on 02/28/2017 in Danbury Superior Court.”
