I understand that participating in the use of the facilities, services and equipment at the Center involves risk of property damage and bodily injury, including serious bodily injury, paralysis, or even death. I understand that the risks may be a consequence not only of my own acts or omissions but also of the actions or negligence of the Town of Bethel and/or the Bethel Board of Education (including their staff, employees, agents, and representatives), other Center members, independent contractors or third parties, and/or athletic equipment.
