Racial Slur Graffiti Found in Dugout of BHS Baseball Field Is Being Investigated by Administration and Bethel Police

Message from Bethel High School Principal Christopher Troetti:

Dear Students, Parents and Staff,

This afternoon, it came to our attention that someone spray painted a racial slur in the dugout of the high school baseball field.  This incident is being investigated by the administration as well as the Bethel Police.  If anyone has any information that could aid our investigation, please contact me (troettic@bethel.k12.ct.us) or the Bethel Police (203-743-5500).  Please know that we are taking this matter very seriously.  This type of behavior cannot and will not be tolerated on our campus.  We thank you in advance for any type of support you can provide in this matter.
