NEWTOWN POLICE CRIME ALERT
The Newtown Police Department is investigating a rash of mailbox vandalism that occurred during the late Sunday night early Monday morning hours this past week. At this time several dozen residents have been identified as victims.
The police, through investigative steps, have identified at least three suspects and are very confident that arrests will be forth coming within the next weeks.
