NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of Bethel, Connecticut
Offer To Purchase 20 Trowbridge Drive
At the meeting of the Board of Selectmen, on October 17, 2023, a Public Hearing was set for the purpose of consideration of the sale of 20 Trowbridge Drive.
The Public Hearing will be held Monday, October 30, 2023, at 7:00 pm in Meeting Room A at the Bethel Municipal Center, 1 School Street. Materials of the proposed sale can be viewed at:

Bethel residents are invited to make written and oral comments concerning the sale of the aforementioned property. Public comments can be emailed, or submitted in writing, to:
