Breaking: Senate Passes $1.2 Trillion U.S. Infrastructure Bill 69-30, Now Goes to House

Breaking –

Senate passes $1.2 trillion U.S. infrastructure bill, approved the package 69-30, which will aim billions of dollars to fix roads, bridges and transit systems and will also expand high-speed internet and electric vehicle charging stations.

There were 19 Republicans who joined all 50 Democrats to pass the bill: Blunt, Burr, Capito, Cassidy, Collins, Cramer, Crapo, Fischer, Graham, Grassley, Hoeven, McConnell, Murkowski, Portman, Risch, Romney, Sullivan, Tillis, Wicker.

The legislation asks for $550 billion in new spending. The bill now goes to the House.
