* WHERE…Interior portions of northeastern New Jersey, southwestern Connecticut, and southeastern New York, roughly west and north of the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287, the Merritt Parkway, and Interstate 91.
* WHEN…From Monday morning through Monday afternoon.
