The Bethel Republican Town Committee will be honoring Honorable Daniel E. Carter as Republican of the Year, Richard E. Merritt for the The John L. Thiele Distinguished Service Award, and Steven B. Deuschle with The Denis J. Riordan Award, at the Lincoln-Reagan Dinner on April 29, 2017.
