Bethel 2016-2017 BOF / Annual Town Budget Was Approved by Voters, Now on to the Referendum, April 12

The Bethel 2016-2017 Board of Finance / Annual Town Budget was approved by voters and the referendum will be on April 12, 2016, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Bethel 2016-2017 BOF / Annual Town Budget Was Approved by Voters, Now on to the Referendum, April 12

Despite icy weather conditions, 76 voting attendees were at the Town of Bethel Budget Meeting last night, held at Bethel High School at 7:30 p.m.

Total is $71,273,138, breakdown as follows:
Total Town Operating Budget $23,303,181
Total Board of Education Budget $43,609,271
Total BOE Maintenance Budget $489,250
Debt Service $3,871,436

The Bethel 2016-2017 Board of Finance / Annual Town Budget was approved and the referendum will be on April 12, 2016, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Vote at your regular location according to your address, at the Bethel CJH Municipal Center, Berry School or Stony Hill Fire Department.  Taxpayers who are not registered to vote in Bethel, vote at the Bethel CJH Municipal Center. Registered voters and property taxpayers are eligible to vote.  Absentee ballots will be available at the Town Clerk’s office, check for days, hours and instructions, CLICK HERE.
