Minden, LA – A single-vehicle crash on Louisiana Highway 518 claimed the life of a 63-year-old woman Wednesday, while the driver, a 35-year-old Bossier City woman, was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide, authorities said.

According to the Louisiana State Police, the crash involved a 2016 Dodge Durango traveling west on LA Highway 518. The vehicle, driven by Tiffany Conley, 35, of Bossier City, exited the roadway for reasons that remain under investigation, struck a barrier, and flipped over.
The passenger, Eva Hunt, 63, of Doyline, was properly restrained in the front seat but sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Conley, who was also restrained, suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Arrest and Investigation
Authorities reported that driver impairment was suspected, prompting Conley’s arrest. Reports show that she was booked into the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center on charges of vehicular homicide.
