Even if you don’t go to church you’re welcome to bring your kids for an egg hunt, bounce house and treats. It probably goes without saying, but….it’s free! There will also be food for the adult type people! If your kids don’t like candy they might not like this event…but they might want to try it out anyway. Feel free to invite your friends and family. We are on the right side, less than a minute down the road. Our historic mansions is white, atop a great big lawn, where the Easter Egg Hunt will be held.   • Fairfield Easter Egg Hunt

    – Easter egg hunt South Pine Creek Soccer Field on Old Dam Road, Fairfield, CT. Phone: (203) 256-3144. Event date and time: Based on last year’s date, it should be Saturday, March 28, 2015 (but be SURE to confirm this directly with them, as we have not yet received an update) a1 PM Sharp. The Annual Easter Egg Hunt is presented by the Town Youth Council and Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department. Pre-school children to 3rd graders should bring their Easter Baskets to the South Pine Creek Soccer Field on Old Dam Road. The Egg Hunt starts at 1:00 PM sharp, but all are encouraged to come down early and meet the Easter Bunny. A $1.00 per person donation is requested to benefit a Town Youth Council fundraiser, “The Jacky Durrell Memorial Service Award Scholarship” which awards 3 scholarships to local High School Seniors each year. The gates of the farm will open at 10 am. Join the 8th Annual Easter Egg Roll, following White House tradition, on Pequot Library’s Great Lawn. Bring your own hard-boiled eggs for decorating first and a long-handled wooden spoon (or use ours). Dance the Bunny Hop and meet the Easter Bunny himself. Diamandis at 3 St. James Place (off Yarmouth Road at the top of Browne Place) on Friday, April 3rd between 12 noon and 8:00pm. This magical experience takes place on the historic property and sprawling grounds of Waveny Park and includes 10,000 Easter Eggs, Mr. & Mrs. Bunny, the Dixie Land Band, bounce houses, bunny ears, face painting and lots and lots of cupcakes. In the event of inclement weather the Easter Egg Hunt will take place on the same day at New Canaan High School. Mr. and Mrs. Bunny and their chicks on the Old Faithful antique fire engine.
