Spring, Texas — An undercover operation conducted by Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office resulted in the arrest of a woman on prostitution charges at a foot massage parlor in Spring. The investigation stemmed from multiple community reports alleging prostitution and potential human trafficking taking place at the business.
The operation unfolded on December 2, when Human Trafficking Detectives launched a targeted investigation at 5-Star Foot Massage, located in the 3300 block of Louetta Road. Authorities said the parlor had been the subject of repeated concerns from residents in the surrounding area.
Detective Solicited During Undercover Visit
During the sting, an undercover detective posing as a customer was solicited for sex acts by an employee. The suspect was identified as Wu Juan Qing, who was immediately arrested at the scene.
She has since been formally charged with prostitution, authorities confirmed.
Business Holds Valid License but Remains Under Scrutiny
Investigators noted that 5-Star Foot Massage does possess a valid Massage Establishment License, but emphasized that the investigation is far from over. Detectives are continuing to review whether additional violations occurred and whether there are any signs of human trafficking connected to the establishment.
