Two Notable Arrests by Bethel Police in Last Few Days

Rlchard F. Delisle 3rd, 24, white, of 24 Green Pond Rd. Sherman, CT, was arrested on 0/04/18 at 12:30PM at a residence in Sherman and charged with Stalking 1st Degree ad Violation of a Protective Order.

Richard F. Delisle 3rd was arrested at his residence after Officers determined that he violated a standing criminal protection order. Delisle was located earlier near a residence that he had been ordered to stay away from. Delisle was released on a $50k bond and was scheduled to appear at Danbury Superior Court on 01/05/18.

Thomas Dellorso, 41, white, of 37 Williams St. Danbury, CT, was arrested on 01/17/18 at 7:07AM at the Best Western 1l Stony Hill Rd. and charged with Interfering with an Officer, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, and Breach of Peace.

Officers responded to multiple reports of a male yelling that he was going to kill someone and a female yelling inside a room of the Best Westem Hotel. The yelling was lollowed by a loud thump. officers responded and attempted to make contact with the occupants ofthe room, however, there was no answer. Based on the witness statements Officers believed a person was in need of help in the room and subsequently forced entry unto the room where they located the sole occupant, Thomas Dellorso.

Dellorio was charged with Breach of Peace and Interfering with an Officer, in addition to Criminal Mischief as he damaged several items in the room.

Dellorso was being held on a $5000.00 bond and scheduled to be arraigned at Danbury Superior Court on l/8/18.
