Upon arrival, authorities confirmed the presence of the stolen pickup truck and soon discovered a fully operational methamphetamine lab inside the residence.
Suspects Arrested
Police arrested Richard Lanier, 42, and Staci Street Anderson, 45, both residents of Rocky Ford Road, Garfield. The pair was transported to Bulloch County Jail and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
Investigators noted that additional charges related to the stolen truck may be filed as the case progresses. The swift action demonstrates the effectiveness of tips from community members in aiding law enforcement.
