Limestone County, AL – Two Ardmore residents are facing drug trafficking and paraphernalia possession charges after a routine traffic stop on Monday turned into a significant narcotics seizure, according to the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office.
Traffic Stop Uncovers Meth and Drug Paraphernalia
Deputies pulled over a vehicle on Mooresville Road near Sweet Springs Road for towing a trailer without functioning brake lights. During the stop, authorities observed drug paraphernalia in plain view inside the vehicle, which prompted a full search.
That search led deputies to uncover approximately 34 grams of methamphetamine, packaged in baggies—a strong indicator of intent to distribute as per WAAYTV.
Arrest and Charges
Two suspects were arrested on-site:
- Crystal Marie Fiori, 43, of Ardmore
- Collin Samuel Greene, 46, of Ardmore
Both individuals were charged with:
- Drug trafficking
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officials confirmed that bond will be set at a later date by a judge. The investigation remains active, and additional charges may be possible depending on further findings.
