Trailer Box Project Kicks off “Holiday Extravaganza” for Charity
One hundred percent of the proceeds to benefit Ann’s Place in Danbury
Danbury, CT – Trailer Box Project will present the “Trailer Box Project Holiday Extravaganza,” an exhibition of artist-made ornaments displayed within an immersive installation. The exhibit opens on December 3rd, and will close with a holiday party on December 11th. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the Holiday Extravaganza will be donated to Ann’s Place in Danbury, Connecticut.
“Trailer Box Project selected Ann’s Place as their mission is dear to our hearts,” explains Dana Walker, Director of Trailer Box Project. “Trailer Box Project believes that the assistance that Ann’s Place offers to individuals and families dealing with cancer are an enormous service to the community, and we are honored to support them.”
Trailer Box Project, a project space and gallery in Danbury, Connecticut is dedicated to assisting groundbreaking artists in sharing their concepts with the public. Sculptor Jim Felice founded the project to foster an environment of generosity, both for the artists that exhibit there and for the surrounding community.
Ann’s Place, a compassionate non-profit serving Connecticut and Hudson Valley, provides people dealing with cancer and their families with counseling, support groups, wellness activities, and educational resources. There is absolutely no charge for the use of their facility and services.
Members of the general public are invited to attend the opening reception on Saturday, December 3rd from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Trailer Box Project, 15 Great Pasture Rd, Unit 15 in Danbury.
