NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – Three individuals were arrested after a significant drug and firearms bust at the Charleston Lodge in North Charleston, according to the North Charleston Police Department.

The arrests were made following the execution of a search warrant on August 4, as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug and weapons activity. The NCPD Narcotics Unit, in collaboration with the Intelligence Led Policing Unit, carried out the operation at the lodge.

The arrested individuals were identified as Lushwanna Gathers-Drayton, 22, Jerome Simmons Jr., 37, and Glenn Jerome Ferguson, 48. As per ABCNews4, they are facing multiple charges related to drug possession and unlawful possession of firearms.
Items Seized During the Bust
During the search, officers seized a large quantity of illegal narcotics, including cocaine base, cocaine, methamphetamine, MDMA, and fentanyl. In addition to the drugs, police also recovered three firearms, rifle magazines with ammunition, a digital scale, and other drug paraphernalia from the scene.
