The Connecticut Association of Realtors Backs Bob Stefanowski for Governor
On Monday The Connecticut Association of Realtors said it selected Bob Stefanowski for Governor, the Republican candidate from Madison, because of his ability to bring about change, reports the Hartford Courant.
“Connecticut’s real estate industry and its economic success are inextricably linked,” said Michael Barbaro, the group’s president. “Connecticut needs a leader who can deliver change and we believe Bob Stefanowski is that leader.” reports the Hartford Courant.
The association represents 17,000 members who are involved in the real estate industry in Connecticut.

According to the Hartford Courant: Stefanowski said he was grateful to receive the group’s backing. “For the past 8 years, we’ve seen our homes depreciate, as demand for housing in Connecticut has slowed,” he said. “Dan Malloy‘s tax increases and failed economic policies have resulted in over 80 people a day fleeing Connecticut and Ned Lamont has pledged to keep the state on the same downward spiral.”
“My plan for fundamental tax reform will stop the exodus of people and jobs and will revive our economy,” he added. “As governor, I will fight every day to bring Connecticut back from the brink and restore our state as a land of opportunity where our families can thrive.”
