Team Red White and Blue (RWB) and Team Rubicon 5th Annual ‘RUN AS ONE’ (RAO) to Honor Marine Veteran, April 16
This Saturday, April 16th at 10:00 a.m., Team RWB and Team Rubicon will be leading their 5th Annual “RUN AS ONE” event, 2-3 miles walk or run, at Fairfield Hills in Newtown, CT.
In honor of Marine veteran Clay Hunt, an original member of Team Rubicon who took his own life after battling PTS and depression, Team Rubicon, Team Red White and Blue, and The Mission Continues will partner to participate in the 5th Annual Run as One on April 16th. The event will as serve a celebration of a networks required to empower, unite and enrich the lives of Veterans. It will also be a symbol of leadership, action, and collaboration across the veterans support landscape within our local communities.
If you are interested in joining them for a non-chipped RUN AND WALK on some beautiful trails around Newtown, please contact them ASAP!
All fitness levels and family members of all ages can participate!
