Greenville, SC — A suspicious vehicle report at a Waffle House in Greenville County led to the arrest of a man on multiple drug charges, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies Respond to White Horse Road Location

Deputies were dispatched to the Waffle House on White Horse Road after receiving a call about a vehicle that appeared suspicious in the parking lot. Upon arrival, they found Christopher Richard Gross showing numerous signs of being under the influence and unfit to drive.

Large Quantity of Drugs Found in Vehicle

A search of Gross’s vehicle uncovered a variety of illegal substances, including:

  • 124.73 grams of psilocybin mushrooms
  • 3.9 grams of cocaine
  • 1.17 grams of methamphetamine
  • 1.96 pounds of THC-infused gummies
  • 7.96 grams of marijuana

Multiple Possession With Intent to Distribute Charges

Gross was taken into custody and charged with:

  • Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine
  • Possession with intent to distribute cocaine
  • Possession with intent to distribute psilocybin mushrooms
  • Possession with intent to distribute marijuana

He remains in custody while the case proceeds through the court system.
