I will visit the Center only during the Center’s public hours, and my use of the Center is restricted to the Center’s track. I will not allow any guests or minor children to accompany me when I visit the Center, nor will I allow anyone else to use my facility pass to gain access to the Center. I have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations that the Center provides on the BHS Track and Field Center Public Registration Form or posts in the facility. I understand that failure to observe these policies will result in termination of usage privileges. I understand that participating in the use of the facilities, services and equipment at the Center involves risk of property damage and bodily injury, including serious bodily injury, paralysis, or even death. I understand that the risks may be a consequence not only of my own acts or omissions but also of the actions or negligence of the Town of Bethel and/or the Bethel Board of Education (including their staff, employees, agents, and representatives), other Center members, independent contractors or third parties, and/or athletic equipment. I further acknowledge that it is up to me to consult physicians and other professionals to make sure that I can safely participate in activities and events at the Center. I further expressly agree that this RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Connecticut and that if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.”
