TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED THIS MORNING DUE TO WHITEOUT CONDITIONS…PARTICULARLY CLOSER TO THE COAST AS THE SNOW IS BLOWN AROUND BY NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
