The homeowner’s cat is missing. A link to a message by Susan Gierc Skramstad was posted on the fire department page and Skramstad wrote:
“Local friends – I’m asking for help. We lost our house to a fire today (yes, that was us) and our cat, we think, got out of the house. Please keep a lookout – share everywhere you can. My daughter is devastated. His name is Max – orange tabby – small barely 8 lbs. and he wears a collar with a name tag (May have broken off – it was a break away collar). I can be reached … anytime if you find him. He’s an indoor cat so he will likely be scared.
We will up date this story as more info. is received.
