Stony Hill Volunteer Fire Company Dispatched to Multi-Vehicle Accident on Route 6 in Bethel Today

At 11:45 this morning, Stony Hill Fire & EMS were dispatched to Route 6 in front of Target for a 2 car multi-vehicle accident. Rescue 2 arrived on scene and found 2 cars head-on with heavy front end damage.

A3 transported 2 parties to Danbury Hospital with non life threatening injuries. Engine 3, Utility 5 and Fire Police provided traffic control.

The roadway was briefly closed but has since reopened.
