“All good things must come to an end,” reads a letter posted online by Sky Zone Bethel owner Edward Kim just minutes ago. Today the owner of Sky Zone announced they will be closing after Labor Day.
The letter reads:
“Dear Sky Zone Customers,
“I would like to thank you for being part of the Sky Zone community for the past five and a half years. It has truly been an honor to serve you and the community over the years with birthday parties, after-school group events, and play dates during the rainy days. However, all good things must come to an end.
“It is with a heavy heart that we have come to a difficult decision to close Sky Zone Bethel’s doors after Labor Day. While this was not an easy decision to make, we still hope that your family and friends have made wonderful memories in our facility. Over the past five and a half years Sky Zone has employed and trained over 300 local young men and women and had the pleasure of meeting and making friends with local guests, businesses and organizations. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the kindness, support and local patronage you have shown us.
“To the community who has welcomed them so graciously we would like to show our appreciation by having a “Free Jump Day for all Bethel residents” on August 28th (Wednesday) as well as a Fundraiser with 100% of the donations to be given to the Bethel Education Foundation.
“We hope you can fly with us once more before we bid everyone farewell on September 2nd.
“Have fun, fly safe!!”
