Springfield, MA – The Springfield Police Department announced the arrest of six suspects following a drug trafficking investigation that culminated in a raid at a residence on Lowell Street. The operation resulted in the seizure of cocaine, fentanyl, a loaded firearm, ammunition, and over $8,500 in cash.
Detectives had been investigating 46-year-old William Semidey for allegedly distributing narcotics from the home. On Monday at approximately 6:05 a.m., a search warrant was executed at the residence, leading to the detention of five adults and a 16-year-old juvenile. Authorities also found two small children inside the home at the time of the raid.
Seized Evidence
During the search, police seized:
- Approximately 258 grams of cocaine
- 387 bags of fentanyl
- A loaded firearm and ammunition
- $8,512 in cash

Jennifer Plumey, 40, of Springfield:
- Cocaine Trafficking 200+ Grams
- Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Drug
- Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
- Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony
- Improper Storage of a Firearm
- Reckless Endangerment of a Child (Two Counts)
Jordan Montalvo, 20, of Springfield, and Justin Semidey, 20, of West Hartford, CT:
- Cocaine Trafficking 200+ Grams
- Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class A Drug
- Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law
- Carrying a Firearm Without a License
- Carrying a Loaded Firearm Without a License
- Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony
- Improper Storage of a Firearm

- Reckless Endangerment of a Child (Two Counts)
Oscar Carrasco, 45, of Springfield:
- Cocaine Trafficking 200+ Grams

- Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony
- Improper Storage of a Firearm

The 16-year-old juvenile was also arrested, but his name, charges, and mugshot are not being released due to his age as per WWLP.
