Sen. Boucher: Annual CT Veterans Stand Down Provides Free Medical, Legal Services for Vets

Sen. Boucher: Annual ‘CT Veterans Stand Down’ Provides Free Medical, Legal Services for Vets, Sept. 21st

From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, more than 100 agencies and organizations will be in Rocky Hill to provide free services to Connecticut veterans. More than 230 volunteers will conduct free medical screening and eye and hearing exams. Free assistance with support services including employment, housing, education and legal services will also be available.

For those unable to get to the Rocky Hill event on their own, free transportation is available at locations throughout the state.
