Public Hearing Notice — Town of Bethel, CT — Board of Selectman Proposed Changes/Increases to Health Department Fees
BOARD OF SELECTMEN PROPOSED CHANGES/INCREASES TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES
The Bethel Board of Selectmen as recommended and approved by the Health Department of the Town of Bethel, Connecticut, pursuant to the provisions of § C4-4 of the Bethel Charter, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room “A”, in the C.J. Hurgin Municipal Center, 1 School St., Bethel, Connecticut, for the purpose of receiving public comment with respect to proposed changes/increases in the Town of Bethel Health Department fees as currently set forth in the Town Bethel Code, Chapter 56. Fees, Article I. Health Department § 56-1 Establishment of fees.
At such hearing the public may have an opportunity to be heard thereon. The proposed changes/increases to the Health Department fees are set forth in Schedule A attached here to and made a part hereof. A copy of the proposed changes/increases to the health department fees are also filed in the Office of the Bethel Town Clerk and in the Office of the First Selectman, 1 School Street, C. J. Hurgin Municipal Center, Bethel, CT and posted on the Town of Bethel’s website, to which reference may be had.
