The SCOTTY Fund is a non-profit, charitable corporation founded in 1996, which provides financial and family support to children with life-threatening and critical illnesses and their families.

The goal of the SCOTTY Fund is two-fold. First, to help erase the financial burden associated with a critical illness. Grant money is given to children for medical expenses, transportation and other ancillary costs associated with the illness. Secondly, to provide family support including nightly meals, child care, errand running and grocery shopping.

THE SCOTTY FUND HAS REACHED A MILESTONE OF PROVIDING OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS TO THOSE THEY HAVE HELPED OVER THE PAST 22 YEARS!

The SCOTTY Fund, Inc. was established in memory of Scott Anderson. Scott was a three year old who lost his life to cancer.Through his strength and smile he taught many people about courage, positive thinking, unconditional love and giving, and was instrumental in the growth of  a tremendous spirit of unity and support by the entire Bethel, CT Community. This is the legacy the SCOTTY Fund will continue for other children in need.
