OBITUARY
Nancy Ann (Keough) Kelly
MAY 2, 1957 ~ JUNE 5, 2019 (AGE 62)
Nancy A. Kelly died June 5, 2019 at Danbury Hospital, after a long illness. She was the wife of Thomas I. Kelly.
Nancy was born May 2, 1957 in Danbury, CT, a daughter of the late Raymond and Loretta (Thomson) Keough. She attended Bethel schools, being in the first class that completed eight years at St Mary’s School and graduate from Bethel High School in 1975. After high school Nancy worked at the Ellan Allen corporate office in Danbury. For many years she enjoyed skiing in the winter, going to the beach in the summer and visiting relatives in Rhode Island. June 1, 1985 Nancy married Thomas Kelly and lived in Brookfield before moving to New Milford in 1988, where they raised their family. In August 2014 Nancy suffered a devastating stroke and has since lived at St John Paul II Health Care Center in Danbury.
In addition to her husband, Nancy is survived by her sons; Steven and his fiancée June Repasi and Patrick. Also surviving are two brothers, Raymond J. Keough (Kathleen), Robert P. Keough and a sister Sharon Woodin (Richard), sister-in-law Marge Kelly and many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at John Paul II Health Care Center for their compassionate care of Nancy during her stay.
The family will receive friends at the Bethel Funeral Home 215 Greenwood Ave., Bethel, Sunday June 9, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St Mary Church 26 Dodgingtown Rd, Bethel on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St Mary Cemetery, Bethel.
