Steady temperature around 52. East wind 15 to 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Patchy fog. Temperature rising to around 59 by 10pm. Southeast wind 8 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Central Westchester County in southeastern New York... * Until 500 PM EDT * At 157 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rain and embedded thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving into the warned area. 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen just west of the area. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
