Newtown Police K9 ‘Saint Michael’ Needs Your Help, Diagnosed with Cancer

The first week of April 2017 Police K-9 Saint Michael of the Newtown, CT Police Department was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. The Newtown Police Department is seeking immediate donations to aid covering medical costs related to his diagnosis.
In two days the gofundme campaign has raised $5,438 of the $15k goal.

Police K-9 Saint Michael joined the Newtown police force in 2014 and has be serving the       community diligently with his handler Officer Figol.

Saint Michael is trained in narcotic detection, suspect tracking and apprehension. He is an asset to the police force and our community needs him back on the road as soon as possible. Your donations will help cover the costs of his medical treatment and potentially save his life.
