Letter to the Editor: ‘The 26th District Can’t Lose Toni Boucher’
The fate of saving this state rests upon the outcome of the election next Tuesday. For the first time in a century, the senate is tied – this is one of the many reasons why we must re-elect Toni Boucher. Without Toni in the senate to block runaway spending and reckless policies put forth by those on the other side of the aisle, Connecticut will continue on its death spiral.
Toni’s experience as both a business woman and legislator is unsurpassed. She is a fighter and has been fighting for ALL of us during her tenure in public office. Toni is a tireless advocate for small business owners, Metro North commuters and perhaps most important, education! In fact, this year, Toni co-sponsored a balanced budget that restored education funding to our towns.
Toni came to this country with nothing. She understands the value of hard work and that in order for the American dream to work, the system must work for everyone. Please vote for Toni on November 6.
