Report by Paula Antolini, May 2, 2024, 5:52PM EDT

Bethel, CT – May 02, 2024 – The town of Bethel, in collaboration with the Bethel Sustainability Commission, is excited to announce a series of seminars aimed at educating residents about the benefits and requirements of transitioning to solar energy. These seminars will provide valuable insights into the advantages of solar power, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and energy independence.

To make these seminars informative and engaging, we are inviting reputable solar energy, and related Renewable Energy service vendors to participate and share their expertise with the community. Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services, as well as address any questions or concerns from attendees.

Events will be both in-person and virtual.  Dates will be shared with vendors once venues are finalized.

During these seminars, vendors will have the chance to:

  • Present information on the latest solar technologies and related products such as energy storage solutions available in the market.
  • Discuss the financial incentives and rebates offered for solar installations.
  • Provide guidance on the installation process and regulatory requirements.
  • Address common misconceptions and concerns about solar energy.

Participating vendors will also benefit from exposure to a targeted audience of Bethel residents who are actively seeking information on solar solutions for their homes or businesses.
