It’s that time of year!  A Flu Clinic will be held tomorrow at the Berry School in Bethel, CT, hosted by the Bethel Visiting Nurse Association.

It’s that time of year!  A Flu Clinic will be held tomorrow by the Bethel Visiting Nurse Association.

WHEN: Tuesday October 6, 2015, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Berry School Gym, 200 Whittlesey Drive, Bethel, CT

Flu Vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older.  Preservative-free flu vaccines, High-Dose flu vaccines for ages 65 years and older, Intranasal FluMist (live) vaccine for ages 2 – 49 years, Quadrivalent inactivated flu shots as well as traditional flu shots will be available.

Please bring your medical insurance card – Insurances that will be billed directly are:  Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare, Healthy CT, Medicare Part B & Oxford, Medicare Advantage Plans with Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, ConnectiCare, & Wellcare

  • No charge for Vaccines for ALL CHILDREN 4 AND UNDER

  • No charge for children 18 years or younger who are Medicaid or Husky A/B enrolled, has no health insurance/self-pay, American Indian or Alaskan Native, or under-insured

  • If you do not have a participating insurance plan, payments will be accepted by cash, check, health savings account or credit card.  Bethel VNA is NOT a preferred provider for flu vaccines for Cigna or United Health Care (including Secure Horizons).  For more detailed information about Seasonal Influenza vaccines, visit  CDC.gov
