Operation Wild ‘N Out

The sentencing concludes the investigation dubbed “Operation Wild ‘N Out,” which successfully dismantled the drug trafficking network last year, leading to 38 arrests. During the operation, deputies seized significant amounts of illegal substances, including over 19 pounds of methamphetamine, 69 grams of cocaine, and 75 grams of fentanyl hidden in a baby diaper.

Impact and Community Safety

According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, the 36 defendants charged in connection with the operation have received a combined total of over 220 years in prison.

According to ClickOrlando, authorities emphasized that the sentences reflect their ongoing commitment to tackling large-scale drug trafficking and ensuring public safety across the county.
