Cincinnati, OH — Authorities have charged an eighth person allegedly involved in a violent street brawl in downtown Cincinnati last month, which left multiple people injured. Police confirmed that the new suspect is a 45-year-old White man facing misdemeanor charges.
Disorderly Conduct Charge for New Suspect
The man is charged with disorderly conduct, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, for his alleged involvement in the July 26 melee on the corner of Fourth and Elm Streets. Police consider him a victim of the brawl, which prevents his name from being released under Marsy’s Law, allowing crime victims to remain anonymous.
He is scheduled to appear in court on August 26.

Details of the Viral Brawl
The fight erupted in the early morning hours, quickly drawing attention as footage went viral online. The melee involved multiple individuals, and law enforcement has been steadily investigating and charging those involved.
Last week, Gregory Wright, 32, was charged with aggravated riot and aggravated robbery. Police allege Wright “did by force rip the necklace off the victim while he was being assaulted by four or more co-defendants attempting to cause serious physical harm,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 19.
Wright allegedly snatched the victim’s necklace during the beating before proceeding “to film the rest of the events,” the outlet reported.
