BATON ROUGE, La. — A coordinated drug enforcement operation spanning four parishes has led to the arrest of Rodney “Nunu” Davis, a suspected member of the “Muscle Gang”, and the seizure of over 1,000 lethal doses of a dangerous fentanyl and cocaine compound.

The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office (EBRSO) began investigating 28-year-old Davis in October and November after receiving tips that he was allegedly distributing fentanyl and cocaine in the Gardere Lane area. Following extensive surveillance, deputies identified four residences linked to Davis’ alleged narcotics activity across multiple locations.
