Dallas, TX – The Dallas Police Department announced the arrest of four individuals following a major drug bust in South Dallas, resulting in the seizure of over 50 kilograms of marijuana, multiple firearms, and nearly $30,000 in cash.

Investigation and Operation

The operation was led by the Dallas Police Special Investigations Division, which conducted extensive surveillance and undercover operations aimed at disrupting drug distribution in the South Oak Cliff area.

With the support of SWAT, Gang Unit, UAS Squad, and officers from South Central and Southwest Patrol, as well as the CRT team, law enforcement executed search warrants simultaneously at two locations.

Authorities recovered:

  • 56,467.2 grams of marijuana
  • Seven rifles and handguns
  • $28,436 in cash

The department described the operation as part of a broader effort to disrupt narcotics distribution and criminal enterprises throughout Dallas.

Arrests and Charges

Four suspects were taken into custody. As per reports, they face multiple felony charges related to drugs and firearms:

  • Trayvione Williams, 20 – Charged with Possession of Marijuana between 50 and 2,000 pounds (second-degree felony) and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm as a Documented Gang Member (class-A misdemeanor).
  • Tarrion Babbles, 24 – Charged with Possession of Marijuana between four ounces and five pounds in a Drug Free Zone (third-degree felony), Failure to Identify (class-B misdemeanor), and multiple outstanding warrants, including Aggravated Robbery. Bond set at $134,500.
  • Marquise Williams, 28 – Charged with Possession of Marijuana between four ounces and five pounds in a Drug Free Zone (third-degree felony). Bond not yet set.
  • Revelation Smith-Jefferson, 23 – Charged with possession of marijuana between four ounces and five pounds (state-jail felony) and arrested on a warrant for robbery.

Authorities continue to investigate whether additional arrests or charges may follow.
