Concord, NH – A tragic accident occurred late Monday on I-93, leaving a bicyclist dead after a collision with an SUV, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Crash Details
The incident happened just before 9 p.m. near exit 14 in Concord. Authorities report that the victim, riding an electric bicycle, was attempting to cross the highway at the top of the exit ramp when the SUV merged onto the ramp and struck him.
The bicyclist was identified as Keerati Nakklee of Concord. He was transported to Concord Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Highway Safety and E-Bike Laws

Police reminded the public that it is illegal to ride electric bicycles on highways in New Hampshire. Unlike traditional vehicles, e-bikes are not subject to registration, licensing, or insurance requirements, making highway travel by e-bike both unsafe and prohibited.
Investigation and Road Closure
The exit ramp was temporarily closed for investigation but has since reopened as per reports. Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances of the crash and are asking for public assistance.
