The Charlotte facility, located along IBM Drive near Interstate 85 in northeast Charlotte, is scheduled to cease operations by June 1, 2026.

According to the WARN notice, the company plans to offer some workers the opportunity to voluntarily transfer to another TTI Floor Care location in Anderson, South Carolina.
Employees who accept the transfer will continue employment at the new site. Positions that are eliminated due to the transfer of operations will result in layoffs. Workers who are offered a transfer but decline will continue receiving pay until their official termination date.

TTI Floor Care has indicated that layoffs will begin on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, and will continue gradually through June 2026 as operations wind down as per WBTV.
