CBIA & CONNSTEP Has a Website to Apply for Face Masks for CT Small Business Employees

CBIA (Connecticut Business & Industry Association) and CONNSTEP (Connecticut State Technology Extension Program) are working with with the state of Connecticut to help distribute recently donated surgical masks to eligible small businesses.

There is a maximum of two masks per employee that eligible businesses can request, via the following website:

Requested masks will be distributed as early as the week beginning April 27. It will be based on the city or town in which the business is located. Designated municipalities will contact local employers with the date, time, and location to collect requested masks. Supplies are limited. Eligible employers are urged to submit requests as quickly as possible.

Small businesses that have little contact with the public are urged to create their own face masks or face coverings based on CDC guidelines.
