Breaking News: Unanimous VERDICT: Michelle Troconis found GUILTY of Conspiracy to Commit Murder in Jennifer Dulos Case

BREAKING NEWS:

The jury in the Jennifer Dulos murder case just reached a unanimous verdict for suspect Michelle Troconis, GUILTY ON ALL 6 COUNTS that involved:

COUNT 1: Conspiracy to commit murder.

COUNT 2: Conspiracy to commit tampering with physical evidence.

COUNT 3: Tampering with physical evidence.

COUNT 4: Conspiracy to commit tampering with physical evidence.

COUNT 5: Tampering with physical evidence.

COUNT 6: Hindering prosecution 2nd degree.

Jennifer Dulos was the mother of 5 young children and wife of Fotis Dulos, where they lived in Farmington CT. They were going through a contentious divorce and child custody hearing. 

Fotis Dulos murdered Jennifer in her home on May 24, 2019, then when he was facing capital murder and kidnapping charges, he committed suicide 8 months later in his home in Farmington, CT. 

Michelle Troconis, girlfriend of Fotis while he was still married, participated in various acts to help Fotis during the crime and afterwards, to help him hide or destroy evidence, aid in his alibi, and claimed she did not know where Jennifer was buried or hidden. Jennifer Dulos’ body has never been found.

This verdict came in on Day 31 of the trial and the 4th day of deliberations, almost 5 years after the murder was committed on May 24, 2019, in New Canaan, CT, where Jennifer had moved to with her children during the divorce proceedings. Jennifer was last seen dropping he children off at school on the morning of May 24th.

A sentencing date of May 31, 2024 has been set. Troconis could face up to 50 years in prison.

A third suspect, Kent Mawhiney, former lawyer and friend of Fotis Dulos, is also suspected of conspiracy to commit murder in same case, and whose trial is pending, with a date set for March 5, 2024.
