There is a virtual WEB-BASED REGULAR P&Z MEETING tonight, November 24, 2020, at 7:00pm using the virtual platform “ZOOM” to hear the application of Stephen T. DeMarco for a Site Plan & Special Permit.
Residents can voice their opinion on this project in the online hearing, and let their voices be heard.
The P&Z will continue to hear the application of Stephen T DeMarco for a Site Plan & Special Permit, located at 155 Greenwood Ave, for a renovation to an existing structure, to add 18 residential units with a commercial component on the property. A special permit request is for a reduction of site parking within the (TOD) Transit Oriented Development overlay Zone. This property can be found in the Tax Assessor’s Office as Map 22 Block 32 and Lot 04.
They are requesting ZERO parking for the Commercial units and asking to allow residents of the units to park on the street overnight, and use municipal parking during the winter months. Read more details in the Oct. 27th meeting minutes.
