Bethel Public Schools ‘Food Service Meals Distribution Program’ Ends June 29th, Bethel Families Can Use Danbury Program

COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, giving important information to residents
regarding the Food Service Meals Distribution Program.

Message from Dr.Christine Carver, Superintendent of Bethel Public Schools, regarding the Bethel Public Schools Food Service Meals Distribution Program:

“The last day of the Bethel Public Schools Food Service Meals Distribution Program will be Monday, June 29, 2020. On this day, meals will be served, as usual, for Monday, June 29th and Tuesday, June 30th. Beginning on July 1, 2020, all Bethel families are eligible to receive free meals for children 18 and under at the following Summer Food Service sites in Danbury:

“All sites are pick up only and are open 10-11:30am for breakfast and lunch, Monday for Monday/Tuesday; Wednesday for Wednesday/Thursday, and Friday for Friday/Saturday.  Sites are closed 7/3 for the Holiday, but are open 7/2 for Friday/Saturday.  All are scheduled to be open thru August.

“In addition, after our distribution yesterday we have additional thermometers.  We will have them available during our Chromebook return on June 17th or 18th, for those of you who have appointments.
