Bethel Police Are Conducting School Bus Violation Enforcement During National Child Passenger Safety Week, Sept. 17-23

Bethel Police have been conducting school bus violation enforcement this past week. This is in conjunction with National Child Passenger Safety Week, September 17-23, 2017, the Bethel Police Department will be conducting school bus violation enforcement in an effort to raise awareness of school bus safety.

In Connecticut, it is illegal to pass a school bus displaying flashing red signal lights, and violators could face a fine of $465.00.
