REVIEW:

To familiarize yourself with the changes that were submitted by the applicant, Frank & Judith Saunders, review the Inland Wetlands Commission meeting video from 11-28-22. (Link here. And below.)

During this meeting of the project from Frank & Judith Saunders, the representative of the applicant, Michael J. Mazzucco, P.C., gave a brief summary of the changes, showing the new layouts, which increased the size of the building from 70′ X 124′ (30 units) to 70′ X 164′ (42 units) under 8-30g. Parking stays the same at 1.5 spaces per unit, but the layout changes.

The Commission accepted the application, and the review process was unanimously decided to be done by scheduling a public hearing, on the basis of public interest. The Commission has 65 days from this decision to schedule a public hearing, which brings it to December, but public notices also need to be published so thr meeting date was moved froward. So the public hearing is scheduled for January 23, 2023. The Commission then has 35 days to review the project (barring any extension time). Once the public hearing closes, the commission has 65 days to render their decision.
