Bethel Fire & EMS:
This morning just prior to 6AM the Bethel Fire Department was dispatched to a reported car fire on Katrina Circle. Engine 6 responded with a full crew and met Bethel PD on scene to find a fully involved car fire in the roadway.
Fortunately the driver safely exited the vehicle and there were no nearby exposures.
Engine 6 extinguished the fire and received assistance from Squad 5 and Tanker 1 personnel.
No injuries were reported and the fire marshal’s office was on scene investigating.
