Bethel Education Foundation 6th Annual Family Summer Kickoff Was Fun!
The weather cooperated, it was a bit windy, but the Bethel Education Foundation 6th Annual Family Summer Kickoff took place on June 8, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. under sunny skies and with lots of smiling faces.
There were many activities for children and treats galore too. See photos below.
The Annual Family Summer Kick Off is a fun event for all family members to come and celebrate the start of summer. Held annually at the end of the school year on the Bethel High School Track and Football Field, the event attracts 900+ adults and children. All proceeds benefit the Bethel Public Schools.
The Bethel Education Foundation (BEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Bethel, Connecticut. The BEF was founded in 2004 by a group of parents and educators who shared a common priority — public and private education in the town of Bethel. The Foundation has provided funding for dozens of very special projects which support initiatives for pre-school children, the Bethel Public School District, and Saint Mary School.
