Bellingham Woman Faces Multiple Drug Charges after Hotel Crack Cocaine Bust

Bellingham, WA – Bellingham police have arrested a woman for the second time in four months as part of an ongoing drug-related investigation. Authorities say the operation involved a crack cocaine cooking station at a Bellingham hotel.

Initial Arrest Linked to Hotel Crack Cocaine Operation

On June 10, 2025, investigators with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Kylie Doreen Wilkinson and 34-year-old Raymond Lee Robinson after discovering a crack cocaine cooking setup in a hotel room.

As per reports, Wilkinson was charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule 4 controlled substance and was released on bail.

Traffic Stops Lead to Additional Drug Charges

On July 3, 2025, Wilkinson was pulled over by Bellingham police for a traffic violation. During the stop, she consented to a vehicle search, which revealed plastic bags containing cocaine and crack cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia and a cellphone with evidence suggesting drug dealing.

Because warrants and additional testing were pending, Wilkinson was not booked immediately. However, she was stopped again on August 11 for another traffic violation. Officers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view, and a subsequent search of her car revealed suspected cocaine, baking soda, residue in a metal measuring cup, $107 in cash, and packaging supplies.

Wilkinson was arrested on August 11 for the July 3 incident and charged again with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule 4 controlled substance. She made bail but was arrested a third time on October 2, 2025, after probable cause was established for the August incident.

Charges included maintaining a vehicle for drug use and manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule 4 controlled substance. She remained in custody at Whatcom County Jail as of October 9.

Third Suspect Arrested

On September 22, 2025, Ashley Elizabeth Zaylor was arrested in the 200 block of North Samish Way in connection with the June investigation. Authorities suspect Zaylor rented a hotel room at the Baymont Inn in Bellingham, allowing Robinson and Wilkinson to reside there.

Zaylor has been charged with two counts of possession/manufacture/intent to deliver a Schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance (class B felony) and knowingly maintaining a place for illegal substance use or sale (class C felony). She is currently out of custody pending trial.

Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to local authorities. Stay informed with our coverage of drug-related arrests, public safety updates, and criminal investigations in Bellingham and surrounding areas.
